Sacai
Founded in 1999 by Japanese designer Chitose Abe, Sacai is known for its innovative approach to hybridization—splicing contrasting fabrics, silhouettes, and garment types into a single cohesive piece. Abe, who previously worked at Comme des Garçons and Junya Watanabe, built Sacai around the idea of creating clothing that is both experimental and wearable, merging everyday functionality with avant-garde construction. Sacai’s signature aesthetic blends knitwear, tailoring, sportswear, and utility elements, often deconstructing and reassembling them into multilayered, transformable forms
